If the buyer can not see it, how can you sell it?
The 55W LED arm lamps offered as our MSD preferred rental lamp option are easy to focus at any time and are cool to the touch. The LED arm lamps connect to each other and require only one singular power point.
As an example, if you order six 55w LED arm lamps for your 10 foot by 10 foot booth, you are only required to order one service of E027 (0 – 500w) at the Javits advanced price of $182.20.
You may also order a plug strip (E029) for $69.15 from Javits if you need additional power points for laptop or cell phone charging ports. We do not recommend bringing your own plug strip as it may delay installation and lead to increased labor costs.
Process:
Please use the official Javits Center portal known as JAKE to arrange electricity for your exhibit. The electrical registration request process does not provide the ability or order/rent the 55W LED arm lamps for your exhibit.
After placing your order for electricity using JAKE, it is crucial that you forward a copy of your confirmation and your LED arm lamp layout to admin@mannystone.com so we may supervise the electricians’ installation of the MSD rental 55W LED arm lamps. MSD supervision is included within the LED rental pricing.
*The installation and removal of the rental 55W LED arm lamps is billable by Javits Exhibitor Services Department as part of the JAKE portal process. Licensed Javits electrician services are supplied by the Javits Center at hourly rates set by the Javits Center. Rates quoted above are subject to change without notice.
FYI: The most powerful lamps offered by the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center are the LED Par Can lamps.
Par Cans provide extremely bright overhead flood lighting. Javits electricians using boom or scissor lifts hang Par Cans over the aisle in front of your exhibit booth.
Par Cans cannot be focused during the hours the shows are open.
